Spring 2025
This film was created in collaboration with my partner, artist Branca Peixoto, during a period of transition, both personal and geographical. On the surface, it's about time anxiety – the ticking, the mechanical urgency we've all internalized. But beneath that, it's about how bodies respond when words fail. As if asking: what if we didn't just endure the countdown, but danced with it?
This film is for anyone who's felt the pressure of "running out of time." Living in London, in its culture obsessed with productivity and urgency, we offer our very Brazilian response: transformation through play. To find rhythm in what feels chaotic, to stretch time rather than be crushed by it.
Our love letter to those suspended moments before everything changes.
The film is making its festival run and will be available online shortly.
